The eyelash extension training days provided at Eyelash Emporium™ are both informative and comprehensive. We endeavour to provide our clients in the semi-permanent eyelash extension training course with all the knowledge and practical skills necessary to succeed in this potentially very profitable profession. We are firm advocates that the best way to eyelash extension method learn is through an intensive hands-on approach. In fact, we’re so confident in the breadth and depth of the supervised material covered in our semi-permanent eyelash course, it will negate the need for so-called ‘master’s courses’ offered by many other eyelash extension companies, saving you unnecessary spending in the long run!

Practice Makes Perfect 

Although we feel our eyelash extension training classes are very beneficial to our customers, we understand that it may take you a little while longer to build confidence in your own abilities. This is why we believe the best way to practise is practical application in the form of 5 case studies (of the student's choosing).

We differ from many eyelash extension companies with the extensiveness of our case study process. On our eyelash extension course we ask our students to submit pictorial evidence of their 5 case studies (usually in picture format via email). Each case study is then subsequently analysed and critiqued by your eyelash extension trainer, who will provide you with in depth feedback on each case study to ensure your continued improvement in eyelash extensions. The case study process itself can be undertaken and completed at your convenience, there's no set time limit.

You may also have queries after the course has  ended - but don’t worry! Our technical advisors will be happy to assist you with any problems or queries you may encounter after your eyelash extension training class, in our comprehensive post-training advice service. Indeed, even after you have become a certified Eyelash Emporium eyelash extension technician, you can ring us for complementary advice and tips!

The eyelash extension course is divided into two areas: theory and practical.

Practical  

The practical half of the of Individual Eyelash Extension training course encompasses the following elements:

• The eyelash extension students will have intensive instruction by the trainer, in a small class size (maximum class size of 6) on the application of eyelash extensions on mannequin training heads.
• Eyelash extension students will then progress onto applying eyelash extensions to other students at the end of the day via an eyelash extension patch test.
• Additionally, all students are given a full colour 26 page training manual to refer to whilst carrying out their five case studies to be conducted after the one day course attendance.
  

Once your case studies have been assessed you will receive a certificate enabling you to obtain insurance and operate as an Eyelash Emporium certified professional eyelash technician.

• Who is eligible for training on this eyelash extension course? We do not require any of our students to have any prerequisite qualifications in order to attend our courses.
• Do I receive a kit with the course? Yes, you will receive one of our Small Eyelash Extension Kits with your course, available for collection on your training day - which provides all you will need for the perfect start in eyelash extensions!

• How long does the eyelash extension course last for? The eyelash extension training day lasts 8 hours on one day, between 9am-6pm, with a one hour lunch break.
• Is the course accredited? Yes, the course is accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists.
• What do I get with the course? Aside from your kit, certification and complimentary 26 page eyelash extension course handbook, you will receive an A3 poster to promote your eyelash extension service, 5 consultation sheets, 5 client record cards and 5 aftercare sheets to get you off to a flying start!
• Is food provided? We provide refreshments on the day. The Pinewood Studios Cafe is open during week days where you'll find a wide variety of freshly prepared meals (and snacks!) to suit every taste. However, on our Saturday eyelash extension courses we advise our eyelash extension students to bring a packed lunch, as the Cafe is closed on weekends.
• What do I need to bring? Nothing! All of your necessary eyelash tools and eyelash extensions will be provided on the day.
  
• Can I still train with The Eyelash Emporium™ if I have undertaken eyelash extension training with another eyelash extension company? Yes! Infact, we offer discounted training (£140 inc. VAT) for qualified eyelash extension technicians, all you need to do is submit your certificate prior to booking the eyelash extension course with us.
• Do I receive CPD (Continuing Professional Development Pointa) for this eyelash extension course? Yes! You will receive 30 CPD points upon completion of your eyelash extension training (whereas most eyelash extension courses only award 8-12!!)
